Liber Datum Fora: Windows 10 Gaming Edition 2018 Review

The Windows 10 Gamer Edition 2018 is of OEM RTM version and it is also an Fully Bootable ISO Image. And it is also pre activated version you don't have to activate it.

This version of Windows 10 Edition is specially made for gamers as its is well known that windows 10 uses a lot of ram as compared to windows 7. (This will be Discuse in the below post)

In this Review i will be focusing on windows 10 64bit and 4GB ram Laptops and what improvement has been made in this version and i will compair windows 10, windows 10 gamer Edition, Windows 7.

(Note: this gamer edition is not made for 32bit Laptops or PC)

This version is made in such a way that there will be less ram usage by the windows and to give boost to gaming performance.

According to my personal experiance in my 4GB Laptop,

Windows 10 uses about 1.5 to 1.9 GB ram,
Windows 7 uses about 1.3 to 1.5 GB ram and
Windows 10 Gamer edition uses 1.2 to 1.4 GB ram

And after using Driver Booster 6 - Ram Booster Function

Windows 10 uses about 1.7GB ram aprox.
Windows 7 uses about 1.2 to 1.4GB ram and,
Windows 10 gamer edition uses 1.1GB ram.

Note: I personally recommand to ues Driver booster after a fresh windows start because after starting windows if you use too many app than after closing it some of the services or parts of the app keep on working in the background and which can't be stoped and because of that Driver Booster will not be able to beeply clean the RAM. so after a clean start use the Driver Boster and then play any games.

This version of windows is very helpfull for me because what was impossible for me in windows 10 and windows 7 was possible in windows 10 gamer edition because,

While playing games in windows 10 my windows starts to hang and sometimes some of my game crashes due to too much ram usuage because my windows 10 uses almost 2GB ram and in my devise 3.90GB is usable and os i was left with 2GB or 1.9GB and most of the games require 4GB of ram.
Windows 7 does not support DirectX 12 and so the Graphic Quality is not good enough.

Tencent Gaming Buddy PUBG Emulatour Experiance

I will say it very simply and stright forword after installing this windows and using Driver Booster to clear ram the performance of PUBG gaming was way smoother than windows 10 it was not much laggy mean suppose out of 100% it was 7% laggy.
On windows 10 i was left with almost 600 to 700GB ram but in windows 10 gaming edition i was left with 1.4 to 1.2GB ram and that is good because the more ram usuage the more the devise will get heated up and the game will become laggy or sometime your pc will crash.

I also have NVIDIA graphic card GeForce 720M so it can be a different story for people with high quality graphic card or for those who have no graphic card at all.

Disadvantages of Windows 10 Gamer Edition

Well its an unfortunate truth that windows 10 games edition has many limitations like

It don't have a Windows Store. (it is removed)
.NET is not working and it can't be solved, means any .NET software's will not work or function.
Most of the windows Update will not install as it is a custom made ISO and a lot functions and services been removed.
As it is made with windows 10 2016 version there is no option to create wifi-hotspot.
It also don't have Night Mode.

Suggested Solutions:

This solutions is what i came up with:

To Create wifi hostpot use this software MyPublicWiFi.
To use Night Mode use f.lux.

I have not found any solution for .NET yet if i found any solution i will post it here.
(there are many solution in internet i have tried them all but it can be solved but there is probably one way to solve it that is by modifying the ISO file with NTLite or any other software i am not sure.)
